Riverbank partners with O2

We are pleased to announce that Riverbank has been appointed as the Oxfordshire O2 technology partner.

We have chosen to work with O2 because they have shown a genuine interest in the small and medium business sector. This means that we will be able to deliver better products and better support to our customers.

Firms that need between ten and 50 mobile connections can have mobile phones (with next day replacement), USB modems for mobile data connections, and their landlines all with one supplier. Not only does this reduce administration effort it also reduces costs, because all calls within the O2 network are free.

We also anticipate future spin-off benefits from this partnership including closer links with Research in Motion for improved BlackBerry support.

Hi Dan. In terms of contracts, your contract would be direct with O2. So legally O2 will be providing support. In terms of support through Riverbank we will always liaise with suppliers on your behalf. If you buy broadband through O2 and there is an issue with the Internet connection then we'll provide the same level of support plus we have direct access to the O2 support team.
