Our fixed-price telephone support provides a hot-line service for all your staff. We can provide you with a monthly report of support issues to help you monitor your use of the Riverbank help desk. Remote SupportIf we need to get to your computer to resolve a problem our remote control software enables us to reach any internet-connected computer within minutes. This helps us to provide a quick response to problems and to minimise your costs. For more serious problems such as a server crash, we rearrange other work as necessary to get to you quickly. On these occasions we have always been on-site the same day. Giving you FeedbackWe can provide you with monthly reports to help you monitor your use of the Riverbank help desk. CostThe cost for the Help Desk Support service is based on the amount of time you anticipate that you will need. As a guideline we allow one hour of support time per month per ten users.
