Jamie joined the Riverbank team in November 2007. His previous experience includes software support consultant for a financial software reseller and software support engineer with Research Machines, a major UK PC reseller for schools and colleges.

At Riverbank Jamie is working towards his first Microsoft Certified Professional qualification in Windows Vista, plus a PC hardware certification.
