Kez joined Riverbank’s team of support consultants in the summer of 2006. Prior to joining, he held a managerial position for a well known retail company. After successfully co-ordinating the 16-week implementation of a new IT infrastructure, this gave him the motivation to transfer his skills into a more demanding career.

Kez is a Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP) in Windows XP, a Microsoft Certified Technology Specialist (MCTS) in Windows Vista, and a Microsoft Certified Systems Administrator (MCSA) in Windows Server 2003.
