What do you do at Riverbank?
I work as a technical account manager and support consultant, which means I’m involved in looking after our client’s needs, supporting their existing infrastructure and identifying new technologies that will benefit their business.

I love sport, so I play cricket, football and golf as often as I can and have recently taken up badminton.

I’m about to start a French course and I’m also picking up some Russian (slowly!) from my wife.

What do you do at Riverbank
Working as one of the Senior Support Consultants I am on hand to address the more technical issues, scope and plan projects as well as implement bespoke designed solutions. Microsoft and Cisco certified I am always keen to learn more about this exciting and dynamic industry.

Outside of Work
I am a keen rugby player which regularly occupies my Saturdays, I also ski and snowboard as often as I can and love to wakeboard in the summer months.

What do you do at Riverbank?
I am part of the rapid response technical team here at Riverbank. Networking, back-up and repairing computer systems are some of my specialities along with finding solutions to general IT problems.

Outside of work
When I’m not on my laptop or at work I like to snowboard, have fun with friends, spend time with my family and girl friend, listen to music and train in mixed martial arts.

What do you do at Riverbank?
I am a senior support consultant and account manager for a number of Riverbank’s clients. It is my responsibilty to ensure that we are doing everything in timely fashion and doing everything we can to do a perfect job.

Outside of work?
Outside of Riverbank I enjoy watching and playing various sports and going for long walking trips. I enjoy relaxing by socialising with friends and playing the occasional computer games for some escapism. I really enjoy trips to new parts of the world and love seeing new cultures and sights.

I am certified to fly a powered glider and once had to make an emergency landing in a field.

What do you do at Riverbank
My main role is to ensure that our technical team have the skills and resources to enable them to provide great service to our clients. This means creating an environment where staff can spend 10% of their time actively learning and a place of work where people feel empowered to make change or go that extra mile.

Outside of work
Lisa and I have been together since 1997, we live in an increasingly small house with two growing children. My main hobby is running and I am a committee member of my local running club. I enjoy all forms of running from 100m track to half marathons, road running and cross country.
Did you know?
In 2010 I was 8th in the British Grand Masters Decathlon championship, impressive until you realise there were only 9 entrants. I will be back to improve on that!

What do you do at Riverbank?
I am responsible for the service desk, scheduling of engineers to visit clients and making sure we have enough people in the office to answer all their phone calls and emails. My focus is on providing the right service, in the right way and enabling our engineers to achieve that.

Outside of work?
I live just down the lane from work with my beautiful Croatian wife Jasmina. We are both movie addicts. I spend my spare time fixing things I’ve broken around the house, growing veg and wrestling with our English bulldog Dexter.

I am part of the Rapid Response Team (first line support) on Service Desk at Riverbank. My responsibilities include solving problems remotely for clients and assisting with ConnectWise database configurations at Riverbank

What do you do at Riverbank?
My job is to ensure the success of the business. That involves everything you would expect of an MD, but ultimately it means making sure that we have happy clients. If our clients are happy it means we are delivering the service they want in the way they want.

Outside of work
With family life and teenage children there’s now a lot of unpaid taxi-driving and homework to be done. My real escape is to get on my bike for forty miles or to have a day on the water in a kayak.
I’m also a trustee of the mammal conservation charity the Vincent Wildlife Trust.

What do you do at Riverbank?
I’m part of the technical team that provides IT solutions and helps our clients. I enjoy interacting with people so you will often see me on site working on your systems; albeit most likely under a desk or in a cupboard.
I’m also pursuing Microsoft qualifications to improve my knowledge and keep ahead in the industry.

Outside of work I enjoy playing football, socialising with friends, running and studying for my various pursuits including languages, IT and holidays.

What do you do at Riverbank?
I am part of the marketing team at Riverbank and for us it’s all about spreading the word. I enjoy organising so am happiest when we have some exciting events to plan or a big marketing project I can get stuck into.
In a bid to keep our clients up-to-date with all that’s going on, both externally in the world of business IT and also here at Riverbank, we produce a monthly newsletter – full of news and ideas to help you get the most from your IT investment. If that’s not enough there’s also the frequently updated Riverbank blog.

Outside of work
I enjoy nice food and wine, walking, dreaming about luxury holidays but never going on them and planning new fitness regimes that I never stick to. Most of my spare time is taken up by my children and slowly renovating my lovely old house.

I am part of the rapid response technical team, answering your query or problem as quickly as possible. If I can’t resolve it quickly, I escalate your call to another member of the team and manage your call until it is resolved. You may also see me on-site fixing other issues .

Outside of work
My main interest outside of work is cars and anything to do with them, including attending car shows. I am hoping to take part in the Modball rally in 2012, driving from the UK to Italy.
I also enjoy socialising with friends.
