Riverbank works as your IT Department, helping you to make the most of your investment in IT by providing the IT skills you need to plan, implement and support your IT system.
We charge for the services we provide, either on an hourly or daily basis for consultancy and installation work, or on a fixed monthly fee for technical support provided by telephone and e-mail.

Independence
We guarantee to provide independent advice, based on our knowledge of IT, our understanding of your needs, and our experience of products and suppliers. We have established relationships with several suppliers. For a full list of current suppliers see the Riverbank Supplier List.
No-Quibble Guarantee
All our work comes with a no-quibble guarantee. This means that if we have done something wrong, or our work did not come up to the standard you could reasonably expect, tell us within 30 days and we won’t ask you to pay.
