      • Your IT support issues go straight to the front of the queue, with priority helpdesk response – 1 hour max.
      • 4-hour on-site response for critical support (server down, internet off due to failure of Riverbank-supported hardware)

    • Active account management. Your account manager provides weekly analysis of the effectiveness of your entire system.
    Standard account Riverbank is your IT partner. Your own IT Department just when you need it.
    Our helpdesk commitment is to respond to your helpdesk calls within two working hours. Regular reviews with your account manager keep you updated on the latest technologies that could help your business move ahead.

    An important aspect of the partnership with our clients is the regular IT review. These are one-to-one meetings with you, and are free of charge.
