Help! Log a support incident
If you need help from the Riverbank help desk click here to log details of the problem. The information you log will appear on our helpdesk within seconds.We prioritise all support incidents, and respond to them in order of arrival. We appreciate the inconvenience of waiting for a response, and our technical staff will contact you as soon as they possibly can. We aim to have a technical person working on your problem within two working hours.
