Hester Architects operates from offices on the outskirts of Wallingford. They use both traditional drafting skills and state of the art three dimensional CAD technology to present their projects. They handle a wide range of projects including private housing, affordable housing, nursing homes, hotels and leisure projects.
Back in 2005 Hester Architects had already had two unhappy experiences with IT companies. The first installed their office network but then proved to be less than enthusiastic about providing support for it. They changed to a new supplier; they went bust.
In the autumn of 2005, directors Malcolm Hester and Paul Burman were searching for their third IT support company, and that’s when they discovered Riverbank. They have stayed with Riverbank ever since.
Hesters needed an IT help desk, a company that could resolve technical problems quickly, and sound advice about what to buy.
Riverbank provides the services that Hesters need. “We get issues resolved quickly”, says Paul Burman. “We also value getting to know someone who knows our system really well”.
Like every Riverbank client, Hester Architects have a dedicated technical account manager. This guarantees the individual service and means that clients really get to know the person that is responsible for running their IT systems.
