What do you do at Riverbank

I joined Riverbank in July 2013 as an apprentice. After completing my Apprenticeship at Baltic Training Services, I then became a Support Engineer.

I am now a Project Manager at Riverbank. This involves me making sure the clients are fully up to date with the project and the plan, making sure they are aware of all the steps and risks that can be involved. This is a new role at Riverbank and has been brought in to make sure we keep our clients happy and can give the projects that extra push to deliver great service.

Outside of work

I spend time outside of work spending time with my Wife. I am a keen football fan and enjoy exercising, I play football in the week and regularly go to the gym or on runs.

Did you know?

I used to be very shy and didn’t like phoning people that I did not know. Now I spend all day answering the phones and talking to people.
