Q. How many inclusive minutes do you get per user?

A. 5,000 landline minutes and 2,000 mobile minutes are included for each user per month.*

Q. Can unused minutes be carried over each month?

A. Unused minutes cannot be carried over from month to month. However, the minutes provided to each user are aggregated across each site. For example, if a site has 10 users, the combined number of landline minutes available is 50,000 for the site.

Q. Are call analytics available?

A. Yes. A comprehensive range of call analytics, reporting and customisable wallboards are available as an optional extra.

Q. Is call recording available?

A. PCI compliant call recording is available as an optional extra, with the ability to pause and resume.

Q. Can I have on-hold audio or music?

A. Yes - this is available as standard and can be customised to your needs.

Q. What devices can I use?

A. Hosted Voice is compatible with a wide range of handsets including fixed line, softphone and mobile devices.
