In November, one of Riverbank’s clients had a complete server hardware failure, bringing their whole business offline. It could have proved extremely costly, but fortunately they had the right support in place.
One phone call and Luke Corradi, a member of our Network Operations Team, was on the scene. Using Riverbank’s Backup & Disaster Recovery service, he was able to fully recover their systems in only three hours. For his role in quickly identifying and resolving the problem, we’d like to award Luke Employee of the Month.
