This award goes to Jack Kemp, Support Consultant, for his outstanding performance on the service desk in February. He’s often seen arriving early and staying late to help resolve client problems, which makes him an invaluable part of the team – and of who we are as a company. Jack has truly gone above and beyond the requirements of his job, delivering exceptional customer service and the human touch that’s so important in what we do. In fact, part of the reason for this award is the sheer number of clients who contacted us to express their gratitude for his help.

Jack joined us as an apprentice in May 2012 and has since progressed to a fully-fledged member of the technical team. Congratulations, Jack, and keep up the great work!
