My role is setting the strategic direction of Riverbank, ensuring we deliver great service to our clients by adhering to our values, removing obstacles and helping customers realise real value from their IT investments.
I spend as much time with my family as I can whilst pursuing my hobbies which are athletics and flying my foot launched paramotor flying machine.
It’s hard to believe but I competed for Great Britain in the Decathlon at the Worlds Masters Athletics Championship in Malaga, which is the Olympics for the older generation! It was great fun and I was the top rated GB athlete in my age group.
I joined Riverbank in 2015 as the Finance Manager, so deal with all things Finance!

I am kept fairly busy by my twin 4-year-olds and 7 year old and spend most of my time as a glorified taxi service driving them from one activity to another! When I get the chance (which is not nearly often enough!) I like to go running – although at this point in time I should probably call it jogging/walking!!
My husband and I once spent 3 weeks on a Harley Davidson Electroglide touring the West coast of America. I had never been on a motorbike in my life before we arrived in San Francisco, but it was more of an armchair than a motorbike really so I’m not sure it counts!!
I joined Riverbank in March 2015 as a senior support engineer. I’ve been working within the IT sector for nearly twenty years. I like to look at every new problem as a learning experience.
Most of my time out of work is spent trying to beat my 7-year-old son at Mario Kart.
I started my career as a Molecular Biologist working on developing DNA and Protein analysis techniques.
I am the Head of Account Management at Riverbank. I work with our existing client base and help develop these clients through a consultative approach. I also work with new business enquiries.
I like to spend time with my family and young son Jago who brings our weekends to life. I am also a big foodie, I enjoy cooking and any spare time I have is spent in the kitchen… Or watching football.
I travelled around the world by myself at the age of 21, I met some amazing people on my way and had the privilege of spending time in some beautiful countries. Fiji being one of my favourites!
I schedule and review all of Riverbanks Projects, manage the team, working to ensure they can deliver projects to clients at a high standard.
I enjoy all things crafty, gardening and cooking. So if there is a chance I can make it, then I’ll give it a go! I love animals especially my cat but spend far too much of my time trying to stop him catching frogs.
I am the Initial Response Team Leader here at Riverbank.
This involves managing the 1st/2nd engineers on the service desk, ensuring great service and support to all our clients.
I first started working with Riverbank over 7 years ago where I started off as an apprentice, following this I progressed to a support engineer then a senior engineer and now a team leader.
Never guess that I am a techy outside of work, usually taking things apart and helping friends and family with multiple problems.

I joined Riverbank in July 2013 as an apprentice. After completing my Apprenticeship at Baltic Training Services, I then became a Support Engineer.
I am now the Escalations Team Leader at Riverbank. This involves managing the engineers on the Escalation Team ensuring all tickets are seen to their resolution and investigating their route cause so they do not happen again.
I have recently become a Dad as of December 2018 and I have another baby on the way. My time is spent with my Wife, Son and 2 Dogs. I am a keen football fan and enjoy exercising.
I used to be very shy and didn’t like phoning people that I did not know. Now I spend all day answering the phones and talking to people.
I am a Senior Support Engineer at Riverbank. I am often found at client sites or answering the phones at Head Office.
I play several musical instruments for a local band and am also an archer.

I am a keen sports fan, especially football. Although my playing days are behind me I enjoy watching my daughter play for her local ‘Ladies’ team and her school team. Coaching from the side-lines and helping with the team anytime I can. I love to travel to experience different cultures and explore.
As mentioned above, I am a keen traveller. I have been to Australia a few times now and have completed the bridge climb on both the Sydney Harbour Bridge and the Brisbane Storey Bridge. Apparently there are only three recognised places in the world where you can climb on top and over a bridge. So my aim is to complete the hattrick and travel to New Zealand and climb the Auckland Harbour Bridge.

Outside of work, I enjoy listening to music (80’s especially), programming and building servers to purposely destruct (for the sake of boredom). I also enjoy spending time with friends and family.

I am a Support Engineer at Riverbank. I am found on the Initial Response team – this involves taking calls, fixing issues and being the first point of contact for the customer.
For the last year, I have attended Krav Maga sessions and I love booking weekend trips to exotic places where I can surf or dive, only to return to work on Monday morning.
I competed and finished Tough Mudder Full and Ridge Runner last August and had the bruises to prove it.

I once participated in a Hackathon and I was able to break into the server within 30 minutes (1st place).

I am Senior Support Consultant within Riverbank. My role includes responsibilities such as dealing with elevated technical issues and I’m also involved in project work.
I became a member of the Riverbank team in May 2014
I enjoy spending time with my family. Having 2 kids makes my life really busy. I like to learn new things, especially related to computers.
I’m predominantly involved with the day-to-day administration of the various Riverbank Backup services. I work closely to support other members of the Riverbank team as well as the client, continually seeking and testing to identify areas for improved reliability and increased back-up and recovery performance.
I play a role in both unexpected and pre-planned DR events, migrations to and from physical / virtual environments and provide pre-sales technical support for backup and disaster recovery planning.

I support the Account Managers and our customers preparing quotes and managing vendors and suppliers. I maintain our partner status with our vendors, create projects and sales orders and have weekly meetings to manage our internal relationships to make sure we are all working to the same objectives.
I also work very closely with the support team to resolve tickets and make sure our customers are kept up to date with the latest information.
I love socialising and regularly update the team in our weekly sales meeting as to what I have been up to at the weekend, usually a party or event of some kind.
I go to the Gym a few times a week and love cooking for friends.
I have accreditations in Citrix and VMware, completed Chartered Institute of Purchasing & Supply basic contact Law, Margerison-McCann Team Management Training certificates, Completed Shipley Bid Management training, and have completed Systems and Networks Awareness course.
I handle all of the Purchasing for Riverbank, credit control, client agreements, licences and software reporting and many other financial duties here at Riverbank.

Usually running around after my little boy! I love yoga, reading and have a real passion for cooking.
In my Fine Arts degree at Uni, I built a 4 x 4-foot 3D cube sculpture made from 8,000 latex gloves! I’ve always been into really weird art and being creative. I’ve not made anything quite as big since, never say never!
